Managing Partner
After working with SyCip, Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) from 1971 to 1974, Cel continued her career as a CPA practitioner. She is accredited by Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission (level C). She is also accredited by Quickbooks, an accounting software for businesses.
All throughout these years, Cel has serviced a lot of clients from different industries particularly merchandising or trading, distribution, pawnshops, agriculture, educational institutions, hospitals, trucking and logistics, restaurants and other industries.
Cel also worked in a reputable University in Zamboanga as Head of Accounting Department in 1980. She also was the Chief Accountant of an airline company in 1978.
Cel has a bachelor’s degree major in accountancy from University of the East in 1971 and a master’s degree in business administration from Ateneo de Zamboanga University in 2005.

After working as a financial statement auditor with SGV from 2006 to 2010, Joe taught auditing subjects at De La Salle University (DLSU) while finishing his master’s degree in business administration from the same school. He finished his degree at the end of 2011 after which he joined Cel and formed the partnership. He still teaches in DLSU while practicing.
During his stay with SGV, Joe serviced a lot of clients from different industries particularly real estate, manufacturing, merchandising or trading, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, restaurants and other industries.
Joe has a bachelor’s degree major in accountancy from DLSU in 2006.
